On World Mental Health Day, we are encouraging you to do a self-care check in. We all experience low mood from time to time and that’s perfectly normal. If you’re finding that your low moods are persistent or want to know what you can do about them, join the Student Wellbeing Adviser for a session to help you to understand low mood, know what to look out for, and pick up some activities and strategies for coping.
