The class comprises of numerous core exercises ranging in difficulty to cover all fitness levels. The class will include 10 minutes of on-the-floor exercises followed by team games/challenges that will encourage stability and control in movement to enhance posture and balance.

Please do join us in Chester city centre for a Lenten Procession on Thursday 3 April, a time full of music, creativity and reflection.
Hot cross buns en route and it is all free.
The Procession is a collaboration between Chester Cathedral, the University of Chester’s Chaplaincy team, and Matt Baker and Choirs. It will be 6-8pm, starting from the Town Hall, CH1 2HQ.
Everyone welcome, no booking needed.
