Welcome and Orientation: New Student ID Card Collection

Start Date: 28 April 2025 10:00 am

End Date: 16 May 2025 4:00 pm

Location: Seaborne Library, Exton Park

To officially join the University of Chester, you must complete Stage 2 of enrolment and collect your student ID card upon arrival. Your student ID card provides access to essential facilities such as libraries and halls of residence and also serves as your official proof of student status.

If you are a new student starting in April/May, you can collect your student ID card during Welcome Week, from Monday 28th April to Friday 2nd May, from Seaborne Library, Exton Park.

If you are unable to collect it during this time, you can collect it from Monday 5th April at your home study site:

  • Queen’s Park students: Bridge House Library, Queen’s Park
  • Exton Park students: Seaborne Library, Exton Park

If you are an international student attending in-person enrolment, you will be able to collect your student ID card from Seaborne Library on the day. Further details about in-person enrolment will have been emailed to you – please ensure you’ve carefully followed the instructions from the Study Visa and Compliance Team to complete all required steps beforehand.
