More flexibility/extension of deadline in paying tuition fee balance
The University has set payment deadlines for fees based on the contracted liability points for programmes – these are specific to each programme of study. If you need to discuss your fees with us please contact our Finance department.
Better communication, including payment receipts, earlier invoicing etc
Moving forwards, we will aim to send invoices earlier – this should be possible now that we have introduced a new Debt Management system which will improve our ability to respond to your queries quicker.
Quicker processing and more accessible information
The introduction of our new Debt Management system means our processes will be quicker moving forwards. We are also reviewing the information currently available on the University’s website and will make improvements/include additional information as suggested.
