Improve your strength, flexibility and balance using a suspension strap system that incorporates your bodyweight as a form of resistance. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness as every suspension exercise can be modified.

Boxercise allows you to stay fit whilst learning some basic boxing drills and sequences. You will do pad work as well as classic exercises to compliment boxing fitness. Bring a friend and have a go. Suitable for all abilities.
