• Introduce you to Portal and key areas such as email and OneDrive 
• Show you how to access free software, including Microsoft Office 365 
• Show you where our libraries are located and how to find and borrow books 
• Demonstrate how to find your elibraries and reading lists 
• Provide contact details for further support
