Join the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences for a free online webinar reflecting on this year’s theme for Disability History Month 2024 of Disability, Livelihood and Employment. Our speakers will (respectively) consider disability employment from the perspectives of law and lived experience. They will reflect on a number of issues such as employment law and disability rights, discrimination and systemic barriers in the workplace, and cultivating accessibility within workplace cultures.

Give it a go – plogging (jogging and litter picking)

Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up litter, merging the Swedish verbs plocka upp (pick up) and jogga (jog). 

Join us for a light jog as we pick up litter along the way! Don’t fancy jogging? We will also have a walking group!

Meet outside Binks Building, Exton Park at 10am. We will litter pick around the Garden Quarter.

Booking not essential but you can register to receive a reminder and more information.
