Fresh for 24/25, our brand-new Connect Hubs are here to help.
Located at each of our sites, our Connect Hubs can support you with a range of queries relating to your course and the wider university, including:
- Induction and Welcome
- Deferrals
- Modules
- Information about assessment and reassessments
- Queries relating to results and feedback
The teams can also signpost you to other support services within the University if needed.
Please note: in addition to your Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) or Superviser, our new Connect Hubs are now your primary point of contact for all academic queries.
Our Hubs are open from 9am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-3.30pm Friday and can be found at the following locations:
Exton Park
- Infopoint, Binks
- School of Education building/Molloy Reception (School of Education only)
Wheeler
- Library
- CRV 109 (Medical School only)
Queen’s Park
- CBH101 (first floor of library in Bridge House)
Creative Campus Kingsway
- CKW122 (first floor of library)
University Centre Birkenhead
- Library, Marriss House
University Centre Warrington
- WRH002, Remond House
