Over the last 12 months we’ve made some key changes to our Catering offers across our sites:

  • Globalisation of the menus at all sites via our new Go Global outlets – international dishes now served daily
  • Special Cost of Living offers implemented, including the Chef’s Value Meal for £2.80
  • Introduction of more halal dishes
  • Catered students can now receive extra carbs and veg/salad with their meals for no extra charge
  • Catered students can now also have hot drinks and squash with all meals
  • Continual working with a Student Race Advocate to ensure we meet the needs of our international students
  • More Grab and Go offers available – introduction of Stacked and Bake and Bite at Exton Park
  • Continued benchmarking of prices against the High Street and other universities to ensure we always provide value for money
  • Food served later into the night at the Union Bar
  • Re-introduction of SU Fridays at the Union Bar
  • Regular student focus groups held for direct feedback
