Do you know you can get your enrolment confirmation letter and a Council Tax exemption certificate (if eligible) online? To access both documents you need to log onto the eVision tile on Portal. You can also find the Portal tile on the UoC App homepage.
Enrolment Confirmation Letter / Proof that you are a student
You can access a 2025/26 enrolment confirmation letter on the Enrolment Page tab. This letter confirms your status as an enrolled student in the current academic year and can be provided to external organisations such as employers or if you are an international student who is travelling during vacation periods. Please download a copy of your letter as this will only be available until August 2026.
Council Tax Exemption Certificate
If you are eligible to be exempt from paying Council Tax, and you’re fully enrolled, you will be able to access your certificate for the 2025/26 academic year via the student homepage tab on eVision. Once you’ve found your certificate, please download and save the document as it will only be available for the current academic year. The certificate covers your academic year, not the full calendar year.
