Need someone to talk to or some advice? We’re here for you – anytime. Call for free on 0800 028 3766
Our Student Assistance Programme is extra support available to all students, alongside what the University already offers. You can get free, confidential help 24/7, every day of the year – just call 0800 028 3766.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, dealing with personal issues, or need advice about things like money, housing, legal matters, or mental health, you can talk to someone right away.
You can also get up to six counselling sessions per issue, each year. These can be:
- In person (within 30 minutes from where you live)
- Over the phone
- On a video call
- Or through online CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) activities
To book counselling, just call the helpline or contact Student Services at 01244 511550 or studentservices@chester.ac.uk.
Don’t speak English as your first language? No problem – just ask for an interpreter when you call, and you can speak in your preferred language
