Throughout summer, we’re carrying out some key improvement works across Seaborne Library at Exton Park and the Wheeler Library.
Seaborne Library
What’s changing now:
- Lower Floor (except for the Lower Hub and Open Access Area) is closed until early August
- The Postgraduate Suite has been relocated next to Print Services
- The School Experience Collection has moved to the Upper Floor
- The small art collection is available on the Upper Floor; most items are in storage
- 24/7 access is only available via the main entrance during the works
- Academic Skills (ASK) are moving into Seaborne in the next few weeks.
What to expect:
- An integrated book collection on the lower ground floor
- New quiet and group study spaces, increased IT provision and bookable pods
- Relocated postgraduate research space provision (open to final-year students)
- Common Room space for taking a break from studies
