Registering and confirming your attendance at the University is a crucial step for all new incoming students. If you’ve applied for student finance, it’s essential that we verify your attendance, which typically results in you receiving any maintenance funds within five working days.
For Students Living in University-Owned Accommodation in Chester:
You can collect your student ID card and lanyard at your allocated timeslot during Arrivals weekend on either Saturday 16 September or Sunday 17 September. Please ensure that you arrive at Seaborne Library, Exton Park during your assigned timeslot.
For Non-Residential Students Living at Home, in Private Sector Accommodation, or in Partnership Accommodation:
Students studying at Exton Park, Bache, or Creative Campus Kingsway
You can collect your University ID card and lanyard during Welcome Week from 9am on Monday 18 September at Seaborne Library, Exton Park.
Students studying at Wheeler or Queen’s Park
You can collect your University ID card and lanyard at Seaborne Library, Exton Park from 9am on Monday 18 September. Any remaining cards will then be available for collection at Wheeler or Queen’s Park from midday on Tuesday 19 September.
Students studying at University Centre Warrington
You can collect your University ID card and lanyard during Welcome Week from 9am on Monday 18 September at Time Square, University Centre Warrington.
Students studying at University Centre Birkenhead
You can collect your University ID card and lanyard during Welcome Week from 9am on Monday 18 September from the Library in Marriss House.
Students studying at University Centre Shrewsbury
You can collect your University ID card and lanyard during Welcome Week from 9am on Tuesday 19 September at the Guildhall Library, University Centre Shrewsbury.
