All Overseas fee status students need to present their immigration documents to the University at one of these International Student Welcome events. If your BRP has been delivered to the University, you can also collect that at the same event. Please check your inbox for emails from studyvisa@chester.ac.uk for further details. 

International Student Welcome Day Schedule:

Dates: 14 October

Time: 10am-3pm

Location: Ground Floor, Seaborne Library, Exton Park

Essential Tasks to Complete:

• Complete Stage 2 of Enrolment
• Collect Your University ID Card and Lanyard
• Pay Any Outstanding Fees
• Pick Up Your BRP (Biometric Residence Permit)
• Speak with English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

Additional Activities:

• Meet Your Fellow Students
• Get Help Connecting to University Wi-Fi
• Chat with University Staff
• Meet the Chester Students’ Union (CSU) and Societies
• Talk to Student Ambassadors

There will also be a small Information Hub where you can meet different teams from across the University.
