Welcome and Orientation: Stage 2 Enrolment and ID Card Collection for New Non-Residential Undergraduate Students
Start Date: 6 October 2025 9:00 am
End Date: 10 October 2025 5:30 pm
Location: Please visit this webpage for full details https://www.chester.ac.uk/welcome/after-you-arrive/student-id/
Are you a new non-residential student living in private housing, commuting, or staying in partnership halls? Once you’ve completed online enrolment and arrived on site during Welcome Week (week commencing Monday 6 October), you’ll need to collect your University of Chester Student ID card from a designated collection point.
Your Student ID card is essential – it grants access to key university facilities (including the library and halls of residence) and acts as your official proof of student status. You’ll also be given a lanyard when you collect it.
Please note: All students must wear their ID card while on university sites.
For more information on what to expect, please visit this page.
If you have any questions about Stage 2 enrolment or collecting your Student ID card, please contact the Student Experience Team at studentexperience@chester.ac.uk.
