Residential Arrivals Day is your first exciting step into university life at Chester! If you’re moving into university-owned accommodation, this is the day you’ll collect your keys, settle into your new home, and get everything in place for a smooth start.

Before You Arrive:
The Accommodation Office will be in touch with you in advance to book your arrival timeslot. Please make sure you arrive during your allocated timeslot – this helps us manage the day efficiently and ensures a smooth move-in experience for everyone.

What to Expect on the Day:
Seaborne Library at Exton Park will be your central hub for the day. You’ll find plenty of friendly staff and student ambassadors ready to welcome you, answer questions, and help you find your way.

You’ll be able to:

• Collect your accommodation keys
• Complete Stage 2 of enrolment – including collecting your student ID card and lanyard
• Get help connecting to Wi-Fi and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Speak with a range of support services, including:
  • Accommodation Office
  • Student Services
  • Learning Information Services (LIS)
  • Registry Services (Enrolment and Timetabling)
  • Finance
  • Hospitality and Catering Services

All essential details about your arrival (including how to find us, parking arrangements, and what to bring) will be sent to you in advance.
