Always a fantastic evening, the open-mic nights are a chance to get together and hear some great poetry and prose in a supportive, informal environment. You can bring some poetry or short fiction to read – either your own writing or by a favourite author. Or you might just want to come along, have a drink, and enjoy listening to an exciting range of creative writing.

There’ll also be information about how you can submit your work to Pandora’s Inbox, the University’s creative writing magazine and website, run by students from the English Department. The deadline for submissions is 15 March.

Bring a drink and a friend (the nights are for current students in any department), and come along to the Vicarage Lecture Theatre CVC008 at 6pm. We hope to see you there!

Run by the student editors of Pandora’s Box, English Department.
