Did you know that you don’t need a law degree to become a lawyer?

It is common for solicitors and barristers to have a first degree which is not in law and these people are often valued because of the greater breadth of knowledge that they can bring to the legal profession.

Further, the way in which lawyers, particularly solicitors, qualify has recently changed. This has introduced more flexibility into the qualification process which has the potential to provide greater opportunities for non-law graduates to qualify.
