Kettlebell is a type of weight training that requires you to hold the weight in one or both hands and go through a variety of swings, presses or pulling motions. The dynamic and ballistic (fast lift) moves in the kettlebell workout target many fitness components including strength, balance and agility.
All classes are free but you do need to book your place on Portal.
