This session will give you an insight into ‘Strengthology’, focusing on how to find your strengths and the best way to use them. This session will be delivered by Cat Williams, she is an experienced strengths psychology coach, therapist, TEDx speaker and the author of ‘Stay Calm and Content No Matter What Life Throws At You’.
By the end of the session, you will:
- Know what positive psychology and personality strengths are
- Understand the difference between strengths and skills
- Learn what the ‘zone of peak performance’ is and how it is made up
- Know what the 24 personality strengths are
