Developing your business model

Before you write your business plan it’s important to explore your business model. A ‘Business Model Canvas’ is an effective way to do this – it’s a business tool used to visualise all the building blocks of starting a business including your value proposition, revenue streams, target customers and route to market. This session will introduce you to the Business Model Canvas so that you can map out your business idea.
