Deciding what to do after university can feel overwhelming. Perhaps this is because few of us have a single calling and the labour market is so complex with new roles developing all the time that it is impossible to know of all the opportunities available.

A job or career is more likely to be right for you if it aligns with who you are as a person. This interactive session aims to give you a deeper insight into what you want from your working life to enable you to identify careers that are more likely to make you happy and fulfilled. The activities will help you to explore and articulate your essential personal drivers (e.g. your strengths, interests, values, motivations, personality). We will explore ways that you can use this process of self-reflection to develop career ideas and to provide focus for a job or course search.
