In a recent report by the University of Reading, it found that 34% of those aged 16-24 have a money making side-line of some sort. The side hustle economy is set to reach stellar heights in the next 10 years. This session explores what it takes to set up a side hustle, the mindset required for success ideas for a viable money making idea, and savvy practical tools to get you on your way. There will be time to ask questions if you have any specific problems relating to time management.

Following on from the introduction to Freelancing webinar, Katy will be running a more hands-on workshop where she will take you through the steps to create an action plan for your freelance business. This practical session will help you to:

• Idenitfy your business goals and values (and your ‘why’)
• Get specific about your potential clients and how to reach them
• Work out your pricing options
• Create strategies to overcome common challenges

The workshop is ideal for anyone who has already decided to set up a freelance business, and you should have a reasonable idea of what you want to do (for example the type of products or services you want to offer). Katy will be on hand to help as you create this action plan for the next steps you’ll need to take, which you can refer back to as your business develops.

This webinar is ideal for anyone who is thinking about becoming a freelancer or is at the early stages of their freelance career.
