Join Claire our Sport and Active Lifestyle Pilates instructor for a special Pilates class during Wellbeing Week. A 45 Minute Pilates class by candle light – relax and unwind with some gentle movement. Please bring a towel and water, all other equipment is provided. Class held in the Gym, Exton Park.
