Social Capital Event – Confidence, Resilience and Imposter Syndrome

We would like to invite you to our ‘Confidence, Resilience, and Imposter Syndrome’ Workshop. This will take place on Wednesday 19th October 2022 from 1 PM – 3 PM.
The session will be delivered in person in BINKS CBK106/2 at our Exton Park site in Chester.
The session will be facilitated by Cat Williams who is a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Strengths Psychology coach, TEDx and award-winning speaker, author and expert for the media on confidence, mind-set & self-awareness.
This practical, engaging and interactive session will explore:
1. The 3 main issues that get in the way of confidence – where these issues come from and why
2. The relationship between strengths and skills and confidence / imposter syndrome
3. What personality strengths are; what their own top strengths are and how to use them to their greatest potential
4. Tried & tested mind-set strategies for resilience, confidence, well-being & success
Please note, due the interactive nature of the workshop, spaces will be limited for each session. If you book a session, please attend or ensure you cancel in sufficient time.
