This week we’re supporting Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2026 (23rd February to 1st March 2026).
The UK’s eating disorder charity, Beat, are celebrating the power of community and the vital role that family, friends, and wider networks play in helping someone feel supported, understood, and never alone.
