This summer we’re making some big changes to the catering offer at some of our sites in response to your feedback from last year’s Your Student Voice surveys.
The Dining Room
We’re turning the The Dining Room at Exton Park into a centrally located food market-style restaurant with a wide range of options.
Discover our “Go Global” concept offering diverse world cuisines or enjoy the Chicken Shack and other culinary concepts which change daily.
Open from 8am to 7.30pm, we’ll have a Starbucks coffee shop and offer value meals for those on a budget.
Stacked
Introducing Stacked, our exciting new food concept for 23/24 in Westminster – a Subway-style sandwich shop right here at Exton Park. Fuel up with delicious sandwiches made your way, offering a variety of fresh ingredients and mouth-watering flavours.
We also offer a selection of light bites and grab-and-go options and Starbucks Coffee.
Open Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm.
Binks ‘Bake and Bite’
Introducing Binks ‘Bake and Bite,’ your ultimate grab-and-go destination on the ground floor of Binks at Exton Park.
Inspired by the popular ‘Greggs’ style concept, we offer a variety of freshly baked goods and quick bites to satisfy your cravings on the move, and, of course, Starbucks coffee.
Open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
The Union Bar
Formerly known as the Varsity Bar, The Union Bar is an exciting collaboration between the University and Chester Students’ Union (CSU).
We’re proud to announce a brand-new chapter with a refurbished bar, featuring a revamped draught line up and cocktail menu and our all-new ‘SU Friday’ club night, showcasing talented DJs and bands.
We’ve also introduced a brand-new bar menu, offering some classic bar food snacks running from 12pm until 10pm.
Go Global & Other places to eat:
We’re taking our ‘Go Global’ brand even further and will look to introduce it at some our other sites, including:
- Dining @ the Dee located in Wheeler
- The Coffee Shop in RIC
- Dining @ Wild located at Creative Campus, Kingsway,
- De Gaulle Brasserie located at Queen’s Park
