  • Accelerating Action
  • Tuesday 11 March
  • 9.30am-1pm
  • Riverside Innovation Centre (next to Wheeler)

Focusing on the need to Accelerate Action, this event emphasises the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality.

Our speakers, who represent a range of diverse characteristics, will speak for 10 minutes each on how they, from their own unique perspective, accelerate action toward equality – some just focussing on gender, others on more intersectional approaches. Building on the success of many past years of fantastic Institute of Gender Studies and Diversity Festival International Women’s Day collaborations, we know this will be another great event.
